Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Must be able-bodied, capable of lifting 50 lbs., and be able to climb in and out of a trailer if necessary. Collaborate with crew members to ensure efficient workflow and quality outcomes. Must be a reliable team player that shows up on time and has a strong work ethic. Have attention to detail, ability to follow instructions from leadership, and have great communication skills. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks. Must possess the driving skill to safely back into and maneuver through jobsites. Self-discipline to remain motivated when working alone. A willingness to help asphalt and concrete crews when driving is not needed. Availability to work 8-12+ hours a day Follow and adhere to all safety related protocols Perform daily maintenance checks and report any mechanical or safety issues to a supervisor

Qualifications:

At least 21 years old. Possess a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screens, and a background check. Pintle hitch knowledge, hooking up and pulling. Combination vehicle experience. ELD knowledge through a driving app. Samsara knowledge preferred. 1 year construction environment experience preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to communicate to mechanics about truck/trailer issues. Ability and knowledge on how to secure equipment safely.
