Cleaning Operative at Worthy Down Camp, Winchester, SO21 2RGWe are looking for a reliable Cleaning Operative to maintain high standards of cleanliness across the site. This role includes office spaces, bathrooms, conference rooms, auditoriums, and accommodation areas, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

Maintain all areas to required cleanliness standards within set timeframesFollow cleaning schedules and use chemicals and equipment safelyMake beds and clean bedrooms in accommodation areasAttend training, team briefs, and performance reviews as requiredMaintain personal hygiene, uniform, and PPE standardsCare for cleaning materials, equipment, and suppliesReport accidents, near misses, or faulty equipment immediatelyMaintain strong communication with managers, team, and clientsCarry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by management
