Cleaning Manager Short Term Rental (New Meadows Area)

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Cleaning Manager to help manage our family-owned short-term rental property in the New Meadows area. We have 3 rental units and take pride in providing a clean, smooth, 5-star experience for every guest. This is not just a basic cleaning job — we're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling fast-paced same-day turnovers when needed. Earn up to $50/hour New Meadows Area 1099 Independent Contractor Position What You'll Be Doing Managing and completing turnovers between guest stays Making sure each unit is spotless, stocked, and guest-ready Reporting maintenance issues quickly Helping coordinate minor repairs or emergencies when needed Performing property walkthroughs before guest arrivals Assisting with outdoor presentation (BBQ area, exterior appearance, etc.) Using Turno app for scheduling and communication Jumping in to solve last-minute issues when necessary Requirements Available 7 days per week (flexible schedule but must be dependable) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Reliable smartphone Experience with vacation rentals or hospitality preferred Must have your own cleaning supplies/equipment Must have reliable laundry equipment access Comfortable with same-day turnovers and fast-paced work Strong attention to detail and communication skills Must know how to use Turno (or be willing to learn quickly)
