Cleaning Team Member

Overview Join a fast-growing, detail-oriented cleaning and linen rental company servicing Carolina Beach and surrounding areas. We specialize in high-turnover short-term rental (Airbnb, VRBO) cleanings, with occasional residential, move-in/move-out, and commercial jobs. Duties Clean and reset short-term rental properties to meet our high standards of presentation and sanitation Occasionally clean residential homes, move-in/move-out properties, and commercial spaces Follow provided cleaning checklists and task sheets for each job Report damages, missing items, or supply shortages to management Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper use of products Work independently or as part of a small team depending on the job Arrive on time and communicate availability and schedule updates promptly Qualifications Prior cleaning experience (especially short-term rentals) is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train motivated candidates! Must have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right Able to follow directions and checklists thoroughly Capable of working in a fast-paced, physical environment — lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods is required Reliable transportation required A smartphone is needed for schedules, communication, and checklist access Must be punctual, professional, and trustworthy — you'll often work independently in client spaces Must be kind and respectful Perks of the Job Work near the beach in a positive, supportive team environment Opportunity for advancement as the company grows Performance bonuses for top-notch work
