Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Office Manger to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation within our dental clinic. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Schedule appointments using medical scheduling software, ensuring optimal use of the dentist's time. Manage patient records accurately, including updating personal information and insurance details. Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and billing. Process payments and maintain accurate financial records. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic. Assist in managing office operations, including inventory control of dental supplies. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean and organized reception area. Manging office staff and payroll Skills Proficiency in using Dentix Ascend or similar dental office software for scheduling and record management is preferred. Previous experience in or dental office setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with dental coding is beneficial for accurate billing processes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff alike. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
