Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. So if you enjoy cleaning, are an honest person with high integrity, and you like to help out, please respond. I'm looking for a person who is year round and 20+ hours a week or more. Pay starts at $20 and depending how motivated you are you can make way more, this job is merit based and you could qualify for top pay each pay period no matter how long you've been employed by Happy Homes. Hours are Wednesday 7 am-12 Thursday 3p-7:30 Friday 1p-5p Sunday 11-5p there may be more hours depending on schedule Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed. Follow established health and safety guidelines while performing all cleaning tasks. Remove trash and put in recepticle or to bins Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or custodial role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Ability to push, pull, lift and move 25# A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service. Ability to pass a background check and have a valid license Reliable transportation, also ability to use personal vehicle with milage reimbursement.
