Our business prides itself on high quality service and excellent communication. We are seeking professional, motivated, good quality professional cleaners to build out our team. This position starts at part time. Pay is DOE $18-23 hourly

! Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for clients and staff. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning supplies. Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Actively monitor and respond to job requests daily Must pass a criminal background check Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require bending, lifting, or standing for extended periods. Good time management skills to prioritize cleaning duties Ability to work independently and follow instructions A valid driver's license and your own vehicle is required.
