About the Role Window Wizards Crystal Clear LLC is offering a Pay-For-Performance (PFP) opportunity for motivated Window Cleaning Technicians who want to control their earnings . Technicians earn a strong base hourly rate while also having the ability to increase pay through job-based performance compensation and customer tips . This role rewards efficiency, quality work, and consistency. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being paid more for working harder and smarter, this is a high-upside opportunity in a growing company. Duties & Responsibilities Clean residential and commercial windows to a professional, streak-free standard Perform additional exterior services including: Solar panel cleaning Gutter cleaning Holiday light installation Follow all company safety procedures and equipment protocols Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients Work efficiently to maximize earnings under the PFP model Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles (if applicable) What We're Looking For Self-motivated individuals seeking performance-based earning opportunities Blue Collar Experience Highly Preferred . Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Prior experience in window cleaning, exterior services, or general labor is a plus — but not required Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude

Compensation Breakdown Base Hourly Pay:

$20-$25 per hour (based on experience and performance)

Pay-For-Performance Earnings:

Additional compensation per job completed

Tips:

100% of customer tips go to technicians
