Job Description
Earn Full-Time Pay Working Part Time Hours Pay:
$45,000 - $70,000 per year (hourly + commissions) This is not a customer service job. And it's not a photography job—at least not at first. This is a role where you learn to lead portrait clients who are seeking meaningful, exquisite portrait of their families and pets. In your first weeks you'll go from helping people… to guiding decisions, shaping sessions before they happen, and taking ownership of the experience. If you do that well, the role expands—and so does your income. What The Job Is:
1. Lead Clients (Not Just Serve Them) Take control of conversations, guide decisions, and create clarity. 2. Turn Ideas Into Meaningful Portraits Expand vague ideas into something personal and emotionally real. 3. Hold Standards Without Losing the Client Communicate clearly, handle tension, and maintain direction. What You'll Do Run session prep calls that actually prepare clients Guide people toward stronger participation and decisions Handle pricing and objections directly Assist during sessions (families + dogs) Earn your way into studio photography over time The Environment Small team, high standards Direct feedback, regular coaching, development and real accountability Fast-paced, client-facing work You won't be waiting around for direction. You'll be trained and coached AND expected to step into it. This Role Is Not aFit If You:
Are uncomfortable asking strangers for money over the phone Prefer staying in the background Want to do photography without working with people Why This Role Exists Strong portrait sessions don't happen by accident. They come from preparation, leadership, and clear communication.Pay:
