Celebrating 37 years of excellence in client service within the Financial Services industry, McCall Wealth Advisors is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our clients. McCall Wealth headquarters is in Brentwood, TN, with a strategic office in Pulaski, TN. As the Client Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and prospective clients, providing critical support to our Financial Advisors and branch staff. Your role will involve managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and fostering positive client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial contact for incoming calls, offering professional and courteous assistance to clients, advisors, and staff. Efficiently coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for advisors using scheduling tools like Zoom Meetings, Raymond James CRM, Outlook, and Advisor Mobile. Process client administrative tasks including ACH transfers, check printing/deposit, and account transfers/rollovers. Cultivate positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders of McCall Wealth Advisors and First National Bank through effective communication and proactive support. Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests related to First National Bank services. Provide backup support to team members during peak periods or absences. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth administrative operations. Manage office supplies and inventory to maintain adequate stock levels. Take initiative in problem-solving and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry. Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) license is a plus. Proficiency in using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software. Excellent communication skills across multiple platforms (phone, email, etc.). Strong organizational skills with a focus on task management. Proficiency with computers and technology
Salary and Benefits:
Salary commensurate with experience. Anticipated range $32k
  • 45k + Quarterly Profit Sharing Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays. 401k with employer match. Healthcare stipend. This position is in office, 8:00am
  • 4:30pm, Monday
  • Friday.
