Client Service Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Client Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will work directly with residents to provide AT&T solutions, ensuring they receive the best options for their wireless and internet needs. As a key point of contact, you'll combine strong customer service with a sales-driven approach—building relationships, answering questions, and guiding customers through the enrollment process. Duties Engage with residents in person to discuss AT&T wireless and internet services Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions Provide clear, accurate information regarding plans, pricing, and promotions Assist customers through the enrollment and account setup process Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed accounts Meet daily and weekly performance goals related to client acquisitions Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve client experience and results Requirements Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment Ability to build trust quickly with a variety of customers Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation for in-person interactions with residents Full-time availability Position Overview Full-time position with face-to-face interactions in a residential setting Opportunity to develop skills in sales, communication, and client relations Ongoing training and mentorship provided
