Client Services Specialist Crisis Stabilization/Mobile Response

Completes preadmission screenings for individuals requesting crisis stabilization services to determineeligibility for program services and/or to recommend an alternative level of care. Conducts briefassessments. Provides crisis intervention, short-term and solution-focused counseling, and intensive casemanagement services in the individual's home when appropriate. Facilitates individual's transition toappropriate aftercare service. Full-time shift available for Monday - Friday from 4:00 p.m. - 12 midnightwith availability to stay beyond if needed for crisis response. QualificationsMinimum of a bachelor's degree in social work with current Michigan licensure required. Must have twoyears of experience working in the mental health field with proven crisis intervention skills.

Consideration given for a bachelor's degree in human services with two years of experience working inthe mental health field required. Knowledge of substance use disorders with current CAADC credentialpreferred. Master's degree in social work with current Michigan licensure, preferred. Must have a valid,unrestricted driver's license and availability of reliable transportation for outreach work. SalarySalary range $55,634 - $69,241 dependent on status of credential and experience plus exceptional fringesincluding employer sponsored training, pension, and insurance. $1,000 signing bonus!
