Residential Technician

Full-time 2nd shift (2 p.m. - 10 p.m.) and full-time 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 6 a.m.) positions available toprovide support in a residential setting to people who experience an intellectual disability. Assistsresidents with maintaining and developing relationships in their home and their community.

Facilitates a variety of activities and creates an atmosphere that promotes independence,personal decision-making, and self-sufficiency. Carries out behavior treatment plans. Assists withactivities of daily living, personal care, meal preparation,passing medications, and transportation.$500 signing bonus! QualificationsMinimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience working with people whohave an intellectual disability is preferred. Must be willing to attend and complete paid trainingincluding group home curriculum and CPR and First Aid. Possession of a valid, unrestricted Michigandriver's license is required. Must have the physical ability to carry out the typical job duties. Mustbe available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. WageBase rate of $18.86 per hour.
