Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Client Support Representative to join our growing team and support business clients with innovative telecommunications solutions. As a Client Support Representative, you will work directly with customers to deliver exceptional service, assist with account enrollment and sales management, and help businesses identify wireless solutions that support their operational needs. As a Client Support Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for business customers, helping maintain long-term partnerships while supporting account growth and client sales satisfaction. We are looking for Client Support Representatives who are driven, adaptable, team-oriented, and eager to build a successful career in sales and customer support, account management, and telecommunications. Client Support Representative Responsibilities Assist business clients with account enrollment, account updates, and wireless service sales support Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and excellent customer service Develop knowledge of wireless products, service plans, and business solutions to effectively support client sales needs Support customer retention efforts by ensuring client satisfaction and resolving concerns in a timely manner Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that align with client goals Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain a professional, solutions-focused approach in all client interactions Client Support Representative Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, account management, business development, sales support, or telecommunications preferred Prior Client Support Representative experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
