Clinical Director — Full-Time Clearview Wellness Center-Drug & Alcohol Rehab Point Pleasant, NJ Full-Time Job Summary Clearview Wellness Center is looking for a full-time Clinical Director to help oversee the clinical side of our outpatient treatment program in Point Pleasant, NJ. We are looking for someone who is experienced, organized, and comfortable leading a clinical team. This role includes supervising staff, helping manage schedules, reviewing documentation, overseeing treatment planning, and making sure the clinical program runs smoothly and professionally. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the program Supervise and support clinical staff Assist with clinical staff scheduling and coverage Review treatment plans, progress notes, assessments, and other clinical documentation Help ensure documentation is completed properly and on time Support clients' treatment planning and overall clinical care Lead or participate in clinical meetings and case reviews Help maintain policies and procedures related to the clinical program Support compliance with applicable licensing, confidentiality, and professional standards Work with admissions, case management, billing, and administrative staff when needed Help identify areas where the program can improve and assist with follow-through Qualifications Active New Jersey clinical license required LPC, LCSW, LCADC, LMFT, or similar license preferred Experience in substance use treatment, behavioral health, or outpatient treatment preferred Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong documentation and organizational skills Ability to communicate clearly and work well with a team Comfortable providing direction, support, and accountability to staff Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Some flexibility may be needed based on program needs

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
