This role focuses on critical staffing responsibilities, ensuring smooth pharmacy operations within a hospital setting utilizing EPIC and Omnicell systems.

Responsibilities include:

Order verification with accuracy and adherence to protocols Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow efficiency Performing pharmacokinetics evaluations as needed Consulting regularly with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

Valid Missouri pharmacist license Prior experience in a hospital environment preferred Proficiency with EPIC and Omnicell systems is highly advantageous Strong communication skills for effective interdisciplinary collaboration
