Room Attendant

Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, carpets, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment. Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs. Perform deep cleaning tasks like vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and window washing to maintain overall cleanliness standards. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety. Adhere to health and safety regulations by following proper cleaning procedures and using appropriate cleaning chemicals. Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficiency and safety. Assist with public area cleaning duties when needed to support overall facility presentation. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or hospitality setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene. Experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor polishers, and steam cleaners is advantageous. Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude towards teamwork and guest service excellence.
