Responsibilities Operate CNC laser cutting machines with precision and efficiency. Program CNC machines for optimal performance. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication. Conduct quality inspections on finished products. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ensure compliance with safety standards in all operations. Assist in training new operators as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a Laser Operator or similar role in metal fabrication. Proficiency in CNC laser cutting and programming. Strong blueprint reading skills. Familiarity with quality inspection processes. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
