In this role, you will be responsible for programing and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet our high standards of quality. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping us achieve our customers' goals. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy. Program CNC machines for optimal performance and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate smoothly. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in manufacturing. Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in using power tools and hand tools. Familiarity with SolidWorks, CAD software, and programming CNC machines is required. Ability to read technical documents and blueprints accurately. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
