Recovery House Manager

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalency. CDCA certified by Ohio Chemical Dependency Board. Additional education, training or experience in a Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science or related field appreciated. Strong work ethic, dependable, able to work well with others, good communication skills, organized, and good attitude a must. Working knowledge of computers and other helpful home/office technology. Not easily provoked, able to enforce policies and guidelines. Level-headed in stressful situations, can jump into action in the event of an emergency, good problem-solver. Can give clear directions, teach and model basic life skills, a strong leader. Pass BCI check FBI Check Responsibilities Maintain order and manage day to day operations of Recovery House. Oversee and supervise chore schedules and life skills training opportunities. Document incidents appropriately and maintain policy compliance as needed Monitor and maintain the safety of residents; provide supervision and appropriate documentation of visitors. Conduct personal or room searches per policies and procedures when appropriate Responsible for utilization of Protective Health Information (PHI) regarding the past, present, and future agency population and clients. Effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently. Enforce rules and regulations. Carry out duties that are necessary to the general practice of the agency. Other duties as assigned

Salary:

Starting pay at $14.50/hour

Schedule:

Full time- 40 hours/week; Day, Evening, Overnight or Weekend Shifts available
