Position Overview:

We are actively seeking experienced CNC Mill and Lathe Operators with hands-on Mazak experience . Candidates must be able to confidently set up and operate CNC machines with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, specifically Mazak machines Perform full machine setups, including offsets, tooling, and program adjustments Read and interpret blueprints to produce parts within tight tolerances Verify first-run parts and make necessary adjustments Maintain production efficiency and quality standards Deburr and inspect finished parts Complete required documentation and maintain a clean work area Requirements (Must Meet All): Proven experience operating Mazak CNC machines Ability to perform setups independently (not just operate) Strong blueprint reading skills Experience holding tight tolerances Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Please do not apply if you do not have Mazak experience.
