Industries is hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Setup Machinist to join our precision machining team. This position is for a machinist who can independently set up and operate CNC lathes , take ownership of jobs, and consistently hold tight tolerances. We manufacture critical components in high-performance and high-temperature alloys for demanding Aerospace, Defense, and Power Generation applications. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC lathes independently Perform complete setups including tooling, offsets, workholding, and program verification Machine parts using 12" to 36" chuck capacity CNC lathes Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and CNC programs Produce first-article parts and maintain tolerance throughout production Perform in-process inspection using precision measuring tools Make minor CNC program edits at the machine as needed Maintain machine condition and comply with all safety requirements Shop & Schedule Details First shift only: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime available CNC lathe capacities ranging from 12" to 36" chuck diameter Clean, organized, safety-focused shop environment What We're Looking For Demonstrated experience setting up and operating CNC lathes Comfortable working independently from setup through production Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills Experience with high-temperature alloys is a plus (training available) Detail-oriented, reliable, and quality-driven Team-oriented with a professional shop mindset What We Offer Highly competitive compensation (based on experience) Sign-on bonus Full-time, steady employment Benefits package Long-term opportunity in Aerospace, Defense, and Power Generation manufacturing A culture that values precision, accountability, and craftsmanship About C.V. Pay:

$22.00 - $38.00 per hour
