We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Mill Machinists with hands-on experience operating Kitamura and Fadal vertical machining centers. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in precision machining, an eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts to exact specifications.
Your Challenge:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Kitamura & Fadal) performing precision machining to tolerances within 0.001" Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed Monitor machine performance and make corrections to maintain tolerances Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators) Maintain clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with programming and quality departments
Your Expertise:
3+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines, preferably Kitamura and/or Fadal Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and G-code Strong understanding of machining best practices and materials Familiarity with conversational controls and/or Fanuc preferred Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approvals
