CNC Machinist -1st shift

Come and work for a Wisconsin based, family owned machine shop! Our 1st shift operates from 5:30am to 2pm Monday through Friday. OT may be available during the week or weekends. Pay is based on experience! What we're looking for: Operate a variety of CNC machining centers and turning centers Work with and obtain tight tolerances on parts, checking own work with gauges, calipers, and micrometers to document results. Position, align and secure work piece. May require the use of locating fixtures. Select and prepare tools to meet varying conditions and materials. Knowledge of CNC machine controls Strong shop math, blueprint reading, and problem solving skills Short run/job shop experience preferred Large part and crane experience a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
