CNC Machinist

Job Title:

CNC Machinist Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathe machines for production runs, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining machine efficiency. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathe machines for production runs. Load raw materials and verify tooling configurations. Interpret blueprints and CAD drawings. Make offsets and adjustments to maintain tolerances. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues. Follow all required work and maintenance instructions and procedures. Load component materials into product-specific tools. Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance to requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills 2+ years of CNC Setup experience. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Experience with small precision and tolerance parts. Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing. High School Diploma. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Rollomatic, Tornos, Trumark, Mazak, and DMG Mori machinery is preferred. Medical device industry experience is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $63000.00/yr. New employees are eligible for the following benefits effective date of hire!
