Job Description

CNC Machinist - Aerospace & Precision Manufacturing We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists who take pride in producing high-tolerance, mission-critical components for aerospace and power generation applications. At DRT Power Systems - Winsted/Meriden, you'll work on complex turbine components where precision is not optional — it's everything.
Shifts :
All Shifts What You'll Do Set up and operate turning and milling operations within aerospace environment to include multi-axis mills and lathes Machine complex aerospace-grade components to tight tolerances Interpret advanced blueprints and GD&T callouts Adjust tooling, offsets, and machining parameters to maintain precision Perform in-process inspection and final quality validation Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize setups Collaborate with engineering and programming teams on process improvements What You Bring 3+ years CNC machining in precision or aerospace environments Strong experience with multi-axis machining Ability to confidently read blueprints + GD&T Experience with controls such as Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Makino, Mitsubishi Strong inspection skills using precision measurement tools Detail-driven mindset with low tolerance for scrap or rework Why This Role Stands Out Work on aerospace and turbine components that must be perfect Day 1 benefits + competitive compensation Exposure to advanced machining technologies Career pathway into senior machinist / programming roles High-performance, quality-focused team culture Apply now — if you can run it, set it, and make it right, you'll fit here.
