Duties & Descriprion of Position This is a full-time, on-site position for a CNC/Manual Machinist located in Solon Springs, WI. Workdays are Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm. The CNC/Manual Machinist will be responsible for operating and programming CNC/ Manual machines to produce precision components in accordance with specifications. Additional responsibilities include performing routine maintenance on machines, monitoring accuracy during operation, inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met, and collaborating with team members to optimize machining processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Machine Operation and hands-on expertise in operating Haas CNC machinery Strong skills in Turning and Milling processes Experience in quality assurance and quality control techniques Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints Good understanding of machinery functionality and maintenance Good understanding both SAE and Metric measurements/conversions Attention to detail and ability to work with precision Effective problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active, and team-oriented environment High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in CNC machining or related fields is a plus Forklift experience and the ability to use overhead cranes Tuition reimbursement and signing bonus options available upon tenure. $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
