Our client offers structured schedules designed for those who prefer working outside the standard 9-to-5. 2nd
Shift:
4-Day Work Week! Monday- Thursday | 3:00 PM
- 1:30 AM Enjoy the perk of a 3-day weekend every single week.
Shift:
The Early Finish Monday Night- Friday Morning | 9:00 PM
- 7:30 AM Get your work week done and be home before the morning rush.
Set Up & Operation:
Prepare and operate CNC machines (Mills, Lathes, or Routers) to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.Quality Control:
Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.Maintenance:
Perform basic machine maintenance and manage tool offsets.Blueprint Reading:
Interpret technical drawings to ensure parts meet tolerances.Full Benefits:

High SchoolResponsibilitiesRequirements/Responsibilities:
Proven setup and operational skills Understanding of fixture rotation within CNC Mill and/or CNC Lathe Process optimization for maximum efficiency Daily communication with Shop Floor Supervisor Quality checks using proper gauges Machine maintenance checks and reporting Adherence to safety policies Interpretation of drawings and set up sheets Machining operations with various materials Utilization of measurement tools for precision Proficient math skillsQualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, or completion of a four-year apprenticeship program Ownership of essential tools (micrometers, indicators, edge finders, etc.) Five years' experience in production or job shop environment Blueprint/engineering drawing interpretation Effective verbal and written communicationPhysical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs Manual dexterity and visual acuity Prolonged standing, pushing, pulling 2nd Shift- Monday
