The Skills You Need To Make the Cut High school diploma or GED required 2-5 years of CNC machining experience in manufacturing Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T Experience using precision measuring tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods How You'll Keep Production Moving Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, routers, and turning machines Read blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions to ensure part accuracy Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Load programs, adjust tooling, and monitor machine performance Maintain production records and quality documentation Identify and report nonconforming materials or machine issues Follow AS9100 quality standards, OSHA safety guidelines, and 5S practices Our partner company can provide you with the vital benefits that you deserve.
