ISO 13485

medical device contract manufacturing environment. The job includes running machines, checking parts, and assisting with machine set-ups.. In swiss machining, we have Citizens, Star and Tsugami machines. Pay is dependent on experience with health care coverage that pays 75% of premiums for entire family not just the employee. Arc offers a 4% 401K match. Voluntary overtime is often available. The Primary Responsibilities of this position are to: 1. Utilize and abide by Safety Procedures and

ISO 13485

requirements. 2. Operate and assist with set-ups of swiss CNC machines. 4. Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing plans/routings. 5. Inspect First Part and In-Process parts 6. Communicate professionally with coworkers and management. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year dependent on experience Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of swiss CNC machining experience with set-up experience Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge Experience with CNC swiss machines and precision measuring instruments Strong knowledge of materials (e.g., aluminum, stainless steel, titanium), cutting tools, feeds/speeds, and best machining practices. Medical device machining and prototype experience is a preference.
