Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated co- occurring mental health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary residential team. The ideal candidate will provide clinical services to adolescents utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches. The role offers the clinician the opportunity to engage in many trainings in various evidenced based treatment modalities and offers quality individual and group supervision. Day One encourages professional development and covers the ongoing cost of license renewals. This will be structured as a FFS position but will have an admin rate that will cover fixed documentation time and training hours.
Duties:
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy Implement behavioral therapy interventions tailored to individual needs Assist in real time milieu management and modeling of interventions Maintain documentation and records in accordance with licensing regulations and agency policy
Qualifications:
Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field Licensure as a LMSW-cc, LCPC-c, LCSW, LCPC, LADC Experience in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning Proficiency in behavioral health interventions and therapeutic modalities Knowledge of documentation standards and practices Familiarity with the adolescent population and substance use treatment This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals through comprehensive clinical care.
