Department Manager Salary Range:

$60,000 to $70,000 annually

Job Functions:

• Responsible to manage all primary & secondary functions for all production locators in region.
• Conduct quality control audits as directed by department manager.
• Respond, investigate and complete initial report on all damages.
• Coaching, training & career development of all direct reports
• Enforce compliance of all company policies & procedures of all direct reports
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal & external customers
• Moral & ethical role model in all business interactions
• Assist on all problematic locates
• Manage staff time off requests
• Meet job site safety guidelines
• Maintain company issued vehicles/equipment
• Ability to perform jobs in the absence of direct reports
• Must have and maintain a clean DVIR
• Maintain company issued vehicle
• Meet Safety Guidelines
• Effectively and proactively manage through all extraordinary circumstances
• Continually strive to meet objectives as defined & set by your manager

Work Environment, Physical Demands:

• Ability to work in all-weather / conditions and terrain
• Prolonged walking, sitting, and standing

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Technical aptitude on all required programs & equipment
• Ability to lift, push, pull or drag min. 85lbs.
• Must have valid Colorado Driver License & clean MVR
• Minimum 4 years locate experience

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
