Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces Clean carpets using specialized equipment to remove stains and dirt, ensuring a fresh appearance Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and restock as needed to ensure continuous cleaning operations Follow environmental services protocols by disposing of waste properly and using eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible Ensure all cleaning tasks meet health and safety standards while adhering to company policies Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or industrial environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, buffing, and use of cleaning machinery is highly desirable Familiarity with environmental services practices and safety regulations related to commercial cleaning Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Join us in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments!
