Responsibilities Install, service, and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation systems Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, testing, balancing, and system start-ups Complete preventive maintenance and inspections Modify or replace equipment, piping, ductwork, and controls Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams Develop repair quotations and communicate findings clearly to customers Document work performed and maintain accurate service records Provide technical guidance to less experienced technicians as needed Participate in on-call rotation Requirements 3+ years of commercial HVAC service and installation experience (5+ years preferred) EPA 608 Certification Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Ability to read wiring schematics, blueprints, and equipment specifications Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments (rooftops, confined spaces, extreme temperatures) Professional customer communication skills Preferred NATE Certification Electrical license or substantial electrical field experience Commercial refrigeration and/or chiller experience Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) Plumbing or multi-trade maintenance background Experience directing or mentoring other technicians What We Offer $32.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience Overtime pay available Performance bonuses Paid time off and paid holidays Take-home company truck Company uniforms
