Key Responsibilities:

Manage a book of clients with professionalism and accuracy Handle all aspects of account servicing including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes Market new and renewal business to carriers effectively Serve as a point of contact for client questions, policy reviews, and claims support Ensure timely communication and proactive service for all assigned accounts Work closely with team members in a supportive, non-micromanaged environment

Requirements:

Active Texas P&C Insurance License 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management Proficiency in EPIC or AMS360 systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and independently
