Commercial Roofing Sales Representative Parker Commercial | River City Roofing If you already know how to sell roofs, knock doors, build relationships, and close deals — why keep chasing small residential commissions when the commercial side pays significantly more? We're looking for motivated Midwest-based sales reps who want the right opportunity to step into larger projects, larger clients, and much bigger earning potential.
This is for someone who:
Knows how to prospect and build their own pipeline Is comfortable knocking doors and creating opportunities Can inspect roofs (or is willing to learn) Wants to work directly with business owners and property managers Wants bigger deals and bigger checks We're not trying to reinvent you — we refine what you already know: Sharpen your pitch Improve your process Teach large-loss and commercial strategy Help you close higher-value projects If you're tired of grinding small residential deals and want a real opportunity to grow into six-figure-plus income potential, let's talk. Responsibilities Travel to storm-affected markets and/or work your local territory Prospect commercial properties and generate opportunities Perform roof inspections and identify storm-related damage Document findings with photos, measurements, and reports Meet with business owners and property managers Assist clients through the insurance restoration process when applicable Maintain follow-up and manage your pipeline independently Present solutions and close contracts Maintain accurate CRM records Requirements Roofing sales and/or storm restoration experience preferred Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs safely Ability to work independently Strong communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel for storm opportunities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors and in changing conditions What We Offer In-house commercial roofing and large-loss training Access to high-value commercial opportunities Flexible schedule Ability to work remotely while managing your territory Real growth opportunity within the company Uncapped commissions with significant earning potential Compensation Commission-only position No cap on earnings Performance-based income structure The more effort you put into prospecting, follow-up, inspections, and relationship building, the larger your pipeline — and the larger your paychecks become.Job Type:
