The Role We're looking for a Commercial Tire Technician who takes pride in their craft and cares about the impact their work has on others. Community Rolling:

Inspect, install, balance and repair tires for a wide variety of vehicles including commercial truck construction and farm machinery.

Complete Care:

Perform essential maintenance like oil changes, rotations, and multi-point safety inspections.

Safety First:

Identify potential hazards to ensure every vehicle leaves our facility in its safest possible condition.

Communicate with heart:

Communicate clearly with the team about vehicle conditions and safety concerns.

Teamwork:

Work together with a supportive team in a respectful, family-style environment

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What We're Looking For Character Over Everything:

You are reliable, honest, and genuinely enjoy helping others.

Hands-on Skills:

Previous experience with tire equipment is preferred, but we will train the right person who has a "Can-Do" attitude.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced service facility.
