The ideal candidate is capable of promoting comfort and well-being in the patient. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing patient care, administering medications and following the care plan created by the physician and the hospice interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care to those in need. Provide emotional support for patients in their last moments of life. Manage care of hospice patients who are living in an assisted living facility. Assist with the administration of medications and other medical treatments. Provide personal care to hospice patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.

Up to $90,000.00 per year
