We get them pre-approved for financing before scheduling the appointment!

What You'll Do Run 12-15 pre-set in-home appointments from customers who called us after they saw one of our tv commercials or social media ads Meet with homeowners who requested an estimate after seeing one of our commercials or social media ads Present products Build trust and close same-day Complete basic paperwork after each appointment What We're Looking For Comfortable with commission-only compensation Confident communicating face-to-face with homeowners Reliable transportation and professional appearance Self-motivated and goal-driven Coachable mindset Experience in home improvement, construction, roofing, HVAC, or in-home sales is a BIG plus — but not required. We train the right people. What We Offer Pre-set, confirmed appointments Uncapped commissions Fast onboarding and product training $50 for each completed appointment even if you don't get a sale Avg. commission per sale of $600-800 Bonuses!!! Earning Potential (Performance-Based) Average reps: $3000
