Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and professional Customer Support Assistant to help support daily customer communications and administrative operations. This role involves assisting customers with service inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and supporting the office team with day-to-day coordination. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person Provide information regarding services, availability, and timelines Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Support office staff with administrative and clerical tasks Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient customer support Help resolve customer concerns in a professional manner Perform general office support duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and data entry skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service or office experience is a plus but not required
