Community Association Manager

Blue Hawk Management is searching for the right candidate to join our growing team of homeowners association (HOA) management professionals in the DFW area. This position will include management of a portfolio of associations. Involvement with Community Associations Institute (CAI) and developing communities are a plus. Holding the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation is a minimum for this opportunity with the desire to continue education. The Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations are a plus. This position will require knowledge and understanding of association financial reports, budgeting, contract management, risk management strategies, facilities management, on-site inspections, working with Board of Director members, quick responses, clear communication skills, understanding governing documents, continuing education, and an independent drive for success. Blue Hawk utilizes evolving technology and the candidate must possess ability to work within a cloud environment for all duties. The position will be primarily in-office at Farmersville with some outside of the office activity. There are also incentive program options for business development. Thank you for your interest.
