Community Representative / Trial Class Director / Hype Person / Assistant Instructor

Overview Dominach's Taekwondo Academy has been an active member in the community for almost 20 years, and we have a very strong reputation. We visit schools, churches, daycares, parks and rec programs, and community parades and festivals on a regular basis. This allows us to give back to the city, but also serves as an opportunity for people to try taekwondo and possibly become new students. We are looking to find someone to take this on full time, and take it to the next level. It's a big responsibility, and it's a role with lots of potential.

PLEASE NOTE

that this job is primarily during the day from 7am-3pm (actual hours), and some driving will be required to get to the locations. BASIC INTRODUCTORY TAEKWONDO

classes, or other talks/seminars outlined with Mr. D, with high energy, positive vibes, motivational messages, and professional delivery. Wear DTA branded athletic, business, or martial arts attire appropriate for the event. Help with community events (parades, festivals, readifests, etc - all scheduled in advance). Set up follow up

MASS INTRO

classes, that you will teach on Saturday or Sunday (depending on Calendar). This part (and similar events), will have a commission based aspect. This will require getting the school or organization to do a post during your visit to promote a special offer, as well as to promote the

date and times. You will also assist with a few intro level classes at DTA to be a familiar face as they transition from community member to full time DTA member. This may involve helping new students stay engaged or motivated through the first couple belts, as well as keeping parents and new clients informed and up to date.
