Job Description
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of four years of experience administering benefits and processing payroll. Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong understanding of payroll processes, benefits administration, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting multi-state payroll administration. Experience working with leave administration including FMLA, STD, and Workers' Compensation. Experience conducting compensation and benefits analyses. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification preferred.Physical demands and work environment:
Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers. Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier). Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted. Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
