Complex Litigation Associate

Complex Litigation Associate -Smithtown, NY- Our client, a cutting-edge, technology-forward law firm specializing in complex business/commercial, real estate/property dispute, labor/employment, and AI compliance cases, is in search of a Litigation Associate who is a strategic thinker with 2+ years' experience in complex litigation work (Commercial Litigation exp highly desired). Ideal candidates should be solid motion writers, often dealing with complex cases in new areas of law, capable of writing arguments from the ground up, detailed researchers, and discovery experts. Trial/settlement experience a huge plus! High experience with -- and hands-on usage of -- law firm technology (including AI) is required, as is being comfortable and capable working collaboratively on strategic plans of attack and case handling. Plaintiff experience preferred. The salary for this opportunity ranges from $120k up to $150k (based on experience and capabilities) . Additional benefits include medical coverage, 3-weeks PTO, coverage of all professional fees (licenses, CLEs, etc.), and bonuses. #
