Compliance Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

BG Healthcare Services is seeking a temporary (Approximately 2 Weeks) team member to support agency organization, audit readiness, compliance/QAPI processes, and office file management for our growing home care agency. This short-term position will focus primarily on organizing caregiver and client records, supporting documentation workflows, assisting with file audits, and helping strengthen overall office organization and operational readiness. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 2 weeks; however, additional hours or an extended assignment may be available based on agency needs and performance.

Responsibilities:

Support agency oversight, audit readiness, and compliance/QAPI processes Upload and maintain documentation within the agency EMR system Organize digital and physical office records and files Support general office organization and operational projects as needed

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented and dependable Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently Previous administrative, healthcare, or home care experience preferred Basic computer proficiency required Why Join BG Healthcare Services? Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
