Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic CT imaging role where your skills will make a real impact across acute care, urgent care, ER, and occasional outpatient settings. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced CT professional ready to work in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge Siemens and Toshiba 300+ slice technology, supporting an average of 90-100 acute and ambulatory scans daily. You'll perform a full spectrum of CT scans—including trauma and stroke care—for patients ranging from infants to adults.
Schedule/Hours:
Rotational shifts include 12-hour, 10-hour, 7 on/7 off, or weekend-only options No self or block scheduling; assignments may mean being the sole CT tech on shift Night, weekend, and holiday shift rotations as assigned
Qualifications:
ARRT (R) certification and BLS required (ARRT CT preferred) 2 years' CT-specific experience, ideally in a Level 2 or higher trauma center Strong IV placement skills highly desired Comfortable with Cerner EMR and Siemens/SECTRA PACS Open to first-time travelers as well as duos/pairs
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of CT exams independently and efficiently Start IVs as needed for contrast studies Respond to emergent cases, including traumas and strokes Collaborate with in-house radiologist coverage (8am-10pm) and remote support overnight Maintain accurate records by clocking in/out and adhering to charting protocols Complete orientation and organization-specific training during the initial week Enjoy an environment where your expertise is valued and your ability to adapt is key.
