Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Full-Time Day Bartender, where your energetic personality and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable experiences for guests. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and promote specials to enhance sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, processing payments, and balancing registers at shift end. Ensure responsible serving by monitoring guest alcohol consumption and adhering to legal drinking age regulations. Follow all safety protocols related to food safety, alcohol service, and general workplace safety to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in restaurant or retail food industry experience is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, and holidays in fast-paced environments.
