Concrete Finisher

Join one of the leading construction companies in Northern Utah! We are seeking experienced Concrete Finishers for a project-specific assignment located at 1240 Bitterroot Drive, McCall, ID 83638. This position will support a concrete project scheduled from May 18, 2026 through August 31, 2027. Work will be performed exclusively at the McCall project location. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of concrete finishing and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces Perform edging, jointing, floating, troweling, and broom finishes Assist with concrete pours, setup, and cleanup Read and follow grade stakes, measurements, and directions from supervisors Operate and properly maintain tools and equipment Maintain quality control and ensure finished product meets project specifications Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE usage and jobsite hazard awareness Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete work safely and efficiently

Qualifications:

Previous concrete finishing experience required Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing techniques, and curing processes Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday

Compensation:

Pay DOE (Depends on Experience)
