• Dobson, North Carolina Prestige Steel Structures is expanding and launching a new concrete division focused on residential and commercial concrete pads for metal buildings.

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman who can lead crews, manage projects, and help grow this division from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has strong concrete experience and wants to be part of building something long-term with steady work already in place. We currently sell 40-50 metal buildings per month and are looking to offer turnkey concrete services to our customers at competitive pricing locally, with plans to expand into additional states. What We Offer Steady workflow provided by Prestige Steel Structures Existing customer base and metal building leads Opportunity for profit sharing / percentage of profits on each job Growth opportunity into a leadership role as the division expands Ability to help build and shape the concrete division Long-term opportunity with a growing company Responsibilities Lead and manage concrete crews on residential and commercial projects Oversee layout, grading, forming, pouring, and finishing of concrete pads Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards Coordinate materials, scheduling, and equipment needs Communicate with customers and company management throughout projects Train and manage crew members Maintain clean and organized job sites Ensure jobs stay on schedule and within budget Requirements Strong experience in concrete work and crew management Knowledge of concrete pads, slabs, foundations, and site prep Ability to read site plans and measurements accurately Leadership and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to operate skid steers, mini excavators, or other equipment is a plus Experience with metal building foundations/pads is preferred but not required Equipment Prestige Steel Structures is prepared to rent equipment as needed for projects. However, candidates who already own or have access to concrete or site prep equipment are strongly preferred and may have additional earning potential. Compensation Compensation will be discussed based on experience. This position includes the opportunity to earn a percentage of profits (50-60%) from completed jobs.
