Construction Foreman

Job Summary Deco's Home Services is a small growing company! We have a small crew and light projects. We are willing to cater our services and clientele to the foreman's expertise. Currently, we are doing siding, doors, and windows installments. We do not currently have benefits but believe with the right foreman we can offer benefits such as health care and retirement in the future. We are flexible for scheduling and time off. We are family driven. We also do lawn care and snow removal. Snow removal is to ensure our people have 40 hours no matter the weather, if you would like. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise construction crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your leadership will drive project success by managing resources effectively and ensuring quality standards are met. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance. Participate in labor for construction plans to guide site activities accurately Oversee budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes to stay within project financial parameters. Conduct quality control inspections and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards. Coordinate with owner and clients to communicate progress and resolve issues promptly. Requirements Proven supervising experience in heavy civil or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations. Extensive knowledge of construction management and labor Familiarity with contracts management and construction estimating processes. Strong skills in project scheduling, management, budgeting, and quality control practices. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is desired. Hands-on experience with construction site equipment testing. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards.
